All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in INR/SAR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed at the time of order.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on location. SHAAY Tea is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shaaytea.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Opened or consumed products are not eligible for return.

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and product descriptions — is the exclusive property of SHAAY Tea and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
SHAAY Tea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
